Karen Johnson

I have worked for Primary Care Training Services since April 2024 as the Course Coordinator and Marketing Lead. My role involves liaising with NHS, independent health and social care administrative teams and our learners, ensuring all pre and post course administration duties are completed in accordance with our Awarding Organisations and customers compliance requirements.

I am on hand daily to answer any of our learners and customers questions related to the courses we provide. I also lead on the companies marketing campaigns, in addition to conducting market research, and evaluating the success of the companies marketing efforts.
