I have worked for Primary Care Training Services for the past 2 years as the Course Compliance / General Manager. Within this role I have had the opportunity to work alongside healthcare professionals within the NHS, independent and local government sector. I also work closely with the administration and assessment teams within our Awarding Organisations such as the Resuscitation Council (UK), Continuing Professional Development Service (CPD) and Qualsafe Awards. During this time I have gained a deeper knowledge and understanding of providing training and maintaining compliance standards.

Although I now work in the healthcare training sector, I originally qualified as teacher gaining an Undergraduate degree in Teaching and Learning Development. Following this, I obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). I am also a provider in Immediate Life Support and Paediatric Immediate Life Support.

I have a passion for teaching and regularly teach Basic Life Support for the company within the NHS, independent health and social care sector. I thoroughly enjoy being back in the classroom and having the opportunity to meet our lovely learners and being an integral part of their learning journey.
