Things to know
Common questions about this course.
What is the difference between MHFA and the awareness course?
The Mental Health First Aid course is a 2 day Level 3 qualification that trains you to become a designated Mental Health First Aider. The Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace course is a 1 day Level 2 awareness course for the wider team. Many organisations send key staff on the 2 day course and put the wider team through the 1 day awareness course.
