Bookings

You can book a course through our website. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and we have sent you a confirmation email. Places are subject to availability and are only secured once confirmed.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are payable at the time of booking through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Any applicable VAT will be shown at checkout.

Cancellations, transfers and refunds

If you need to cancel or transfer a booking, please contact us as soon as possible using the details above.

Cancellation or transfer by you

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course date are eligible for a full refund or a free transfer to another available date. For cancellations made within 14 days of the course, the fee is non-refundable; however, you may transfer your place to a colleague at no additional cost by notifying us before the course begins.

Changes or cancellation by us

Occasionally we may need to reschedule or cancel a course, for example due to insufficient bookings or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel, you will be offered a transfer to an alternative date or a full refund. We are not liable for any other costs you may incur, such as travel or accommodation.

Non-attendance

If you do not attend a course without notifying us in advance, the fee is non-refundable.

Course attendance and certification

Certificates are issued to attendees who complete the course and meet any required assessment or attendance criteria. You are responsible for arriving on time and attending the full course. Some accredited courses require full attendance for certification.

Attendee conduct and safety

Attendees are expected to behave professionally and to follow any health, safety and venue instructions given by our trainers. We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately or unsafely to leave, without refund.

Group and bespoke bookings

Group and on-site or bespoke training can be arranged by contacting us directly. Specific terms, pricing and cancellation arrangements for group bookings will be agreed with you in advance.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that takes place under your account. We use one-time email codes rather than passwords to help keep your account secure.

Intellectual property

All course materials and content on this website are owned by or licensed to Primary Care Training Services and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission.

Privacy and data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our website analytics are fully anonymous and require no consent; the only optional consent we ask for is to load Google Tag Manager for advertising and marketing. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for the course, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation. We may update or withdraw parts of the website at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
