Does this course meet EYFS requirements?
This course covers the core paediatric first aid skills but does not meet the full EYFS requirement on its own. If you need the full qualification for an EYFS registered setting, you need our Paediatric First Aid (2 Day) course.
What is the difference between this and the 2 day Paediatric First Aid course?
This 1 day course covers the essential emergency skills. The 2 day course is more comprehensive and is the full qualification that meets EYFS and Ofsted requirements for nurseries and early years settings.
Can I use this towards the full Paediatric First Aid qualification?
Yes. This course contains 1 unit that also appears as Unit 1 of the full Paediatric First Aid qualification. Assessments gained can be used towards the full qualification provided it is achieved within the registration period.
