What is the difference between this and the 2 day Mental Health First Aid course?

This 1 day course is a Level 2 awareness qualification suitable for all staff. The 2 day Mental Health First Aid course is a Level 3 qualification that trains designated Mental Health First Aiders with more advanced skills. Many organisations use both, sending key staff on the 2 day course and putting the wider team through this awareness course.

Who delivers the training?

All our mental health training is delivered by a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse who is also an Approved MHFA Instructor.

Do I need any previous experience?

No previous experience or training is required. This course is designed as an introduction to mental health awareness for all staff.
