Becoming a parent changes everything. Most new parents will tell you that one of the scariest things is not knowing what to do if something actually goes wrong. What if your baby chokes? What if your toddler has a febrile convulsion? What if they stop breathing?

Our Baby and Toddler First Aid course is three hours of practical, hands on training that prepares you for the situations you hope will never happen. We run it from our training centre at First Floor, 2 Queen Street in Northwich, just a short drive from Warrington.

What the course covers

You will learn how to deal with a choking baby or toddler, infant and child CPR, what to do if your baby stops breathing, how to recognise and respond to a febrile convulsion, dealing with burns and scalds, managing allergic reactions, recognising the signs of meningitis, and basic wound care.
