What does the law actually require?

There are two main workplace first aid qualifications that are recognised in the UK.
The first is the Emergency First Aid at Work course, which is a one day course lasting around seven hours. For a lot of smaller businesses in Northwich, this is the right starting point.
The second is the full First Aid at Work course, which runs over three days. This goes into much more depth and covers a wider range of injuries and medical emergencies.
