Having served 18 years in the Armed Services, and 16 years as an Operational Firefighter within the Fire and Rescue Service, I have been a freelance trainer for over 10 years specialising in Basic Life Support, First Aid, Fire Safety and People Moving & Handling training.
I am a qualified provider in Immediate Life Support (Adults and Paediatrics), Level 3 Qualsafe First Aid at Work and Internal Quality Assurance Assessor, City & Guilds D32/33 Vocational Assessor and practice as a ROSPA Level 4 Moving & Handling Instructor.
