I am a HCPC registered Paramedic with 15 years experience working in this role.
I spent many years working for a large ambulance service responding to 999 calls on an emergency ambulance. In this role I was ALS/APLS certified and participated in and led prehospital resuscitations.
In my current clinical role I work in primary/urgent care as a Paramedic Practitioner where I assess, diagnose and treat a variety of patients of different ages presenting with a range of acute illnesses and injuries.
I have also previously worked as part of a governance team in a large hospital working as a Clinical Patient Safety Manager.
I hold a BSc Hons in Paramedic Studies and have completed level 7 stand-alone modules including clinical examination and advanced decision making. I am also ILS/PILS certified.
